Day shifts: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med/Surg telemetry nursing and exhibit excellent clinical skills to handle diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient telemetry and report any changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory.
• Two professional references from a supervisor, manager, or director in Med/Surg telemetry.
