Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a skilled nursing environment and knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima). A current California RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans and update as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California RN license.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is a plus.
