Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The nurse will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient support.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Recent clinical nursing experience required.
• BLS certification.
