Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:30

• Expected Float Schedule: Wednesdays (South Lakeland Day Shift)
• Fridays (New Tampa Day Shift)
• Saturdays (Plant City Day Shift)
• Plus, 2 days on call per month to any location

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The RN will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, following established protocols and collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires a commitment to work every other weekend and holidays as part of the schedule rotation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on health management and care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide a high standard of care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
