Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Seasonal Travel RN to join our NICU team. The role entails providing expert nursing care in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, handling complex surgical and non-surgical neonatal cases. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and support for our vulnerable patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatment to neonates in accordance with established protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform critical procedures including intubation, central line placement, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Monitor and document patient progress using electronic medical records.
• Participate in daily rounds to discuss patient status and treatment options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU Level IV experience.
• BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with complex care pathways and advanced neonatal procedures is preferred.
