This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

5x8 AM - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. No call, weekend, or holiday shifts required.

Job Description

The Licensed Radiation Therapist will provide high-quality patient care by performing imaging procedures and related tasks in a clinical setting. This role involves operating radiation therapy equipment and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiation therapy procedures under the guidance of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards for radiation health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (Required).
• Basic Life Support Certification from the Default Issuing Body.
• Licensed Radiation Therapist within 3 years of hire from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
