Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our 8-bed Critical Care Unit. This unit serves a diverse adult patient population with a variety of diagnoses, including DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, and post-heart catheterization care. Our commitment to providing quality nursing care is paramount as we care for many patients from our local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Manage and monitor patients on ventilators and those receiving vasoactive drips.
• Care for Central Venous Catheter lines and ensure proper patient monitoring.
• Perform medical procedures such as bronchoscopy, CVC line placement, chest tube placement, and bedside scopes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with critical care nursing and familiarity with advanced procedures.
