Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a healthcare position that requires specific licensure and certifications. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in patient care and adherence to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Trinity's Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements.
• Complete and submit required health history and professional documentation.
• Undergo necessary competency assessments and background verifications.
• Provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with established protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Possession of required licensing/certification, validated through Trinity License Verification.
• Completion of health screenings and vaccinations as per onboarding requirements.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on specific duties and responsibilities.
