Respiratory Therapist - NICU (Nights)

Nights: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience to provide high-quality respiratory care within a neonatal intensive care unit setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes for our most vulnerable patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to NICU patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients' families regarding respiratory care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy within a NICU setting.
• Georgia RRT licensure required.
• Current AHA certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• NBRC-RRT certification required.
