Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM). On average, you will see 10 patients per day Monday through Thursday and 5 on Friday. Sessions are scheduled every 45 minutes, including evaluations.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide therapy evaluations and interventions over a scheduled time frame with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Current South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract.
• BLS certification is required.
