LPN Clinic Position

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional shifts until 6:00 PM if needed.

Job Description

The LPN will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a clinical setting, specifically in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, and Obstetrics & Gynecology departments. Candidates should be adaptable and willing to assist in other clinic locations when coverage is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and assist with patient treatments.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Interact with patients to provide education regarding health management and clinic services.
• Assist with patient referrals and follow-up appointments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required.
• Prior clinic experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar outpatient settings preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
