Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30), totaling 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN must be knowledgeable about current principles, theories, methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN will collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to individualize patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards.
• Direct nursing support staff in providing quality patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to administrative and departmental policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
