Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care for a diverse cardiac patient population and be proficient in relevant technologies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
• Occasionally float to IMCU, NPCU, or Surgical as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry or cardiac care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience with Life Paks, Zoll, and Masimo monitoring equipment.
• Cerner EHR experience is preferred.
