Registered Nurse - Home Health (OASIS Experience Required)

DAYS: Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Care team. This role focuses on delivering compassionate end-of-life care in the comforting setting of patients' homes. The ideal candidate will have OASIS experience and a background in home health, allowing them to effectively manage patient cases alongside providing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families.
• Deliver expert pain and symptom management, offering comfort and support during challenging times.
• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, local physicians, and community providers to optimize the quality of life for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• OASIS experience is a must.
• Home health experience is required.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
