Radiologic Technologist - Non-Billable Orientation Job

Day shift, 5x8 hours from 07:00 to 18:00.

Job Description

The position is for a Radiologic Technologist with reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) of 15 hours compared to the standard 40 hours. The role involves performing imaging procedures including diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic biopsies, and more. The assigned technologist will be expected to manage up to 20 visits per day across 2 rooms.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including isolation precautions and PPE usage.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using electronic charting systems.
• Assist in patient care during imaging procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a radiology setting.
• Active CA state license; pending licenses not accepted.
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT.
• Experience with specific skills: 3-D mammography, needle localizations, and fine needle aspirations.
