Registered Nurse - ICU Nights

Schedule

This is a 12-hour night shift position, requiring weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our ICU. This unit caters to critically ill patients with complex medical needs, requiring advanced nursing skills and a high level of critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer care to critically ill patients.
• Perform invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
• Titrate critical drips, including Levophed and Amiodarone.
• Manage care for conditions such as Sepsis, Acute MI, and ARDS.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including Hospitalists present 24/7.
• Float to Stepdown or Med-Surg/Telemetry as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Two years of critical care experience required; travel experience preferred.
• Current valid RN license.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Preferred certifications: PALS, TNCC, NIHSS.
• No travel duos accepted.
