Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. This role requires adherence to all health and safety protocols, including maintaining up-to-date certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Driver's License/State ID.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination status.
• MMR vaccination record.
• Fit test completion.
• Hepatitis B vaccination record.
• Influenza vaccination record.
• Current TB test results.
• Varicella vaccination record.
• Tdap vaccination record.
• Completed Annual TB Questionnaire.
• Drug screening (minimum 10-panel test).
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Completion of the Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Completed Prime Orientation Packet.
