Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist focusing primarily on outpatient orthopedic care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with geriatric and neurological populations, and gain exposure to a blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions and rehabilitation support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout their rehabilitation process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Consideration for candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience.
