Radiology Technologist - Neuro Experience Required

Job Description

We are seeking a Radiology Technologist with neuro experience for our Special Procedures unit. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in performing specialized imaging procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized radiologic procedures including Y90, prostate embolism, tunneled catheter placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis.
• Ensure proper operation of Philips IR Table and utilize Meditech documentation system effectively.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification
• ARRT Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Previous experience in a neuro-focused imaging environment is preferred.
