Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our inpatient rehabilitation facility, you will be part of a dedicated team providing specialized treatment to patients who are recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality patient care through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and observe patient responses.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout their recovery journey.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation or related fields preferred.
