08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, every other weekend required.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in an acute rehab and acute care hospital setting. This role will involve working with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's conditions and needs to design appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous experience in acute rehab and acute care settings is required.
• Completion of Professional Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Current certifications and health screenings as outlined are mandatory.
