Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-Surg/Telemetry

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, Includes 7 PM - 7:30 AM and every other weekend.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in various medical-surgical settings. This role requires flexibility to float to multiple floors including Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. The RN will also need to be willing to float to our WestLakes Campus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across different units.
• Float to various medical-surgical units and step-down units as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any concerns to the physician.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License required.
• Strong experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to float to multiple specialties as necessary.
• Up-to-date vaccinations and health screenings as specified.
