Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule

Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM with weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our rehabilitation unit. In this role, the RN will primarily work on night shifts and may be required to float to other units as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality patient care, management, and oversight of nursing staff, and acting as Charge Nurse when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Act as Charge Nurse when required, overseeing nursing staff and patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS/CPR certification.
• 2+ years of Med-Surg experience preferred; prior rehab experience is a plus.
• Must have a permanent address 50+ miles from the facility.
