Cath Lab Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

10-hour day shifts from 0630 to 1700.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the care process.
• Document patient information and care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA only).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR).
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
