Schedule

This position offers a Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 15:30. On-call requirements include 8-10 shifts per month, with weekend coverage.

Job Description

The Pediatric Cath Lab Rad Tech will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a pediatric cath lab environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both pediatric and adult transplant cases, including renal/level biopsies, ballooning, stenting, and valve placements. Experience in interventional radiology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute catheterization procedures for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain equipment safety.
• Participate in call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric cath lab.
• Current certifications in PALS, BLS, and ACLS (American Heart Association). CCI with RCIS/RCES is preferred, but ARRT(R) with SCRQSA(R) is also acceptable.
• Radiation badge provided by the agency is required.
• South Carolina RN License preferred; candidates with pending applications will be considered.
