Contract Registered Nurse - 10hr Day Shift

Schedule

4x10 variable shifts with on-call requirements up to 7 days per four-week schedule, including one full weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, ensuring the highest level of comfort and safety during their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EPIC and Omnicell systems.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an associate's degree.
• Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
