Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel RN for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients during the labor and delivery process, ensuring both maternal and fetal health.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients during labor, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.
• Assist in various procedures including vaginal and C-section deliveries, D&C, hysterectomy, and more.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN certification is a must.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
