Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Tech to join our dynamic Heart Team at a leading healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will provide support in the operating room during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, including CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacements.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and surgeons to deliver effective patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Utilize necessary medical equipment and technology relevant to CVOR procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience.
• BLS, DORA, and NBSTA certifications required.
• Proficiency in open heart experience is mandatory.
• Preferred: Meditech experience and prior experience as a traveling CVOR Tech in large trauma facilities.
