Travel RN CVOR - 7A-7P Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) settings. This is a vital position that requires proficiency in various surgical procedures, particularly in orthopedics and neurology. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possessing a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the CVOR environment.
• Assist during surgical procedures in orthopedics, neurology, robotics, general surgery, trauma, and urology.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards within the operating room.

Schedule

This position requires a schedule of 7A-7P on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. There will also be call requirements of approximately 10 to 15 days per month specific to CV positions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Operating Room, specifically with neuro and ortho/spine cases.
• BLS certification required.
• Trauma center experience and preferred trauma/orthopedic skills are a plus.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
