CT/RAD Tech - Free-Standing Emergency Department

Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Description

The role involves performing routine CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures for a free-standing emergency department. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform an average of 10-20 CT and diagnostic radiology exams per shift.
• Utilize GE 64 Slice CT, GE Digital X-ray, and GE portable X-ray equipment.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately using Meditech.
• Participate in on-call duties as required (two call shifts per month).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current ARRT Rad Tech Certification.
• SCQRSA Certification (South Carolina Rad Tech license).
• CT certification preferred.
• CT experience and knowledge required.
• BLS Certification.
