Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. This position involves caring for mothers during the labor process and ensuring safe delivery experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV therapies.
• Assist with deliveries and post-delivery care in the mother/baby unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current State RN License.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Required Certifications: Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP.
• Preferred experience in OR circulation and triage.
