Job Description

Join our team as a Travel RN specializing in Telemetry. The RN will be responsible for providing excellent patient care on our telemetry unit, ensuring effective monitoring and management of patients' health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications, including medication drips.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information in the EMR system (Meditech).
• Assist with procedures such as central lines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
