Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN specializing in Telemetry to provide exceptional care to patients in our Neuro Trauma unit. The ideal candidate must possess strong telemetry skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and updates in the EMR system.
• Support patients and families through education and communication.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice.
