MS/Tele Registered Nurse - 3x12 Hour Shifts

Schedule

3x12 hour shifts, Days 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM. Every other weekend is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position requires delivering comprehensive care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients, ensuring high patient safety standards, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Provide telemetry monitoring and maintain fluid management.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans as directed.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and report changes in status.
• Educate patients and families regarding condition management.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and assist in like units as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in a telemetry or medical-surgical setting.
• South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.
• Telemetry competency is required; previous charge experience preferred.
• Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred.
