Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The position offers flexible shift options: 5x8 hours (07:30 AM - 04:00 PM), 4x10 hours (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM), or 3x12 hours (06:00 AM - 06:30 PM). There is no call, weekends, or holidays required.

Job Description

The Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care to patients undergoing electrophysiological procedures. This role entails collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide patient education, assessments, and support throughout the procedural journey.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients undergoing electrophysiological assessments.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as directed by physicians.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience/Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in electrophysiology or a related field is preferred.
• Completion of necessary health and professional credentialing requirements, including vaccinations and fit testing.
