CT Tech Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour shifts - Friday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7:30 PM.

Job Description

The CT Tech will be responsible for performing computed tomography imaging procedures, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should possess Siemens experience and be well-versed in trauma and cardiac protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide accurate diagnostic images.
• Document and maintain records of imaging procedures and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT CT certified with a minimum of 1 year experience in CT.
• Two years of experience as a registered radiology technologist.
• Prior experience in a trauma/cardiac facility is preferred.
• Venipuncture experience is preferred.
• Experience with angiography and biopsy is not required but preferred.
