Registered Nurse - Level 1 Trauma Care

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

10-hour Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM plus call, including holidays and weekends. No block scheduling.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of strong overall experience in Level 1 trauma care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong proficiency in clinical skills and have a thorough understanding of trauma protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 trauma care.
• Strong rating on the skills checklist.
