Schedule

8-hour day shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

The position requires providing quality outpatient orthopedic therapy services, focusing on the evaluation and treatment of patients to facilitate recovery. The therapist will manage a caseload that aligns with productivity expectations and ensure that care delivered meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver effective therapy interventions to improve patients' functional status.
• Manage a patient load of 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience is preferred. Candidates must have a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. New graduates and first-time travelers will not be accepted for this position.
