This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month and a flexible day during the week.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and effective treatment interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Document patient care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, Cerner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field is preferred.
