Job Description

The Electrophysiology Technician will provide support in the Radiology department, specifically focusing on electrophysiology procedures. This role involves performing specialized diagnostic tests and treatments for patients with cardiac arrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrophysiology studies and assist with cardiac ablation procedures.
• Perform baseline measurements and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Insert and manage pacemakers, including permanent pacemaker insertions.
• Maintain equipment and inventory within the lab.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of Electrophysiology experience as a Radiology Technician.
• Must hold a current ARRT certification in Radiology.
• Oregon licensure through OBMI is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
