Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a primarily outpatient role with occasional inpatient responsibilities. This position involves working with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluative and therapeutic services to patients with various conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and exercises
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress in the charting system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• New Mexico Physical Therapist License or compact state license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• New grads are welcome; first-time travelers accepted
