Registered Nurse - Float Position

Schedule

This position requires 3 twelve-hour shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in this float position will provide high-quality nursing care across multiple departments. This role is essential for maintaining patient care standards in a dynamic environment, where nurses may be called to assist in various units based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize bi-pap and hi-flo oxygen therapy as required.
• Administer medications and perform patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania nursing license at the start of employment.
