Job Description

The Rehabilitation Specialist will provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. This role focuses on maximizing health, function, and quality of life for individuals through comprehensive rehabilitation programs targeting conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, trauma, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions designed to enhance recovery and stability.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current licensure and relevant certifications in rehabilitation practices are required. Experience in an acute rehabilitation setting is preferred.
