Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be part of a float unit within a psych/rehab department. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of patients across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and documenting changes.
• Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Registered Nurse experience in a float or similar unit preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
