Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care in a tertiary teaching hospital setting, working across various departments, including NICU, PICU, and adult critical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy care to patients in various units.
• Utilize a range of respiratory equipment, including Drager V500, Hamilton T1, and Trilogy line.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Monitor patients and adjust treatments based on individual needs.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties for respiratory care.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current RRT certification.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP (for NICU) preferred.
• Experience in acute care pediatrics and emergency departments required.
• Flexibility to float between departments as necessary.
