Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Nurse with an active California license and experience in skilled nursing facilities. Candidates with knowledge of the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system will be given priority. This position is ideal for those looking to make a positive impact in the rehabilitation field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation therapy teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the Rehab Optima system.
• Assist in evaluating patient needs and establishing care goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Nursing License.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system preferred.
