Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medication, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Participate in patient care handoffs and shift reports.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Ability to float to different units as needed.
