Job Description

The Travel ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. The role requires a nurse with strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Floating to other units may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients.
• Monitor and manage patients, including drip titration and ventilation management.
• Provide care for patients with complex conditions, including trauma, and manage patients on Impella and balloon pumps.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience is required.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Experience with balloon pumps, Impella, and trauma care is preferred.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
