ICU/PCU RN – 12 Hour Shifts

This position includes varied shifts with both day and night openings, requiring 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.

Job Description

The ICU/PCU RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. This role encompasses the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and perform assessments in a timely manner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in ICU/PCU setting preferred.
