Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med/Surg Tele position. The RN will provide high-quality care to a primarily adult population, working as part of a close-knit team to deliver individualized services. The successful candidate will join a facility renowned for its commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Tele unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and EHR requirements.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Iowa.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS is a plus.
• Mandatory reporter certification for child and adult abuse.
• Completed drug test (10-panel screening including opiates).
• Background check, including criminal and child abuse clearances, must be completed.
